Board of Directors NPA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who set policy and direct the overall running of the organization. The Board of Directors is comprised of Officers and Directors.
Officers are elected by the Board each September; they serve 1-year terms, limited to nine consecutive terms. Directors-at-Large are appointed by the Board and serve 3-year terms, limited to three consecutive terms. 2024-25 Board of Directors:
NPA Employees Phyllis Kaiden, our part-time Business Manager answers emails and phone calls, maintains the membership database, and assists NPA’s Board of Directors as needed. | Program Leaders and/or Teams NPA programs and activities are planned and managed by individual volunteers, or groups of volunteers, appointed by the Board of Directors.
