The Frostkiss® series will bloom within one year from the time of planting. WINTER ANGELS™ CHARMER | PP# 29,873 x hybridus Charmer is a new variety that blooms very early. The habit of Charmer is very compact, making it a great item to use in deco containers during the holiday season. Flowers are huge, outward facing, rosewood colored with burgundy flecking.
