We get a lot of requests for the source of the baskets/cloches we use in the NPA border at Bellevue Botanical Garden. They keep the rabbits out, support the growing plant and look so stylish.
Kendall Mclean will lead a workshop where you will make your own rabbit/critter barriers to take home, ready to protect your precious plants.
Kendall will supply all the materials you need to make 2 barrier cloches. The workshop will take place inside the Aaron classroom at Bellevue Botanical Garden and Kendall will bring some needle nose pliers and wire cutters but its highly recommended that you bring your own from home to save you having to wait! Gloves and work/gardening clothes or an apron are recommended too. You will be working at a table, the cloches are quite light to lift and you are expected to be able to cut, bend and twist the wire for your cloche/barrier.
There are only 12 places for this workshop
NPA Members $25 / Non-members $35
