Hydrangeas are an excellent shrub for year-round interest with a long bloom season. Kit Haesloop will describe the distinguishing characteristics between species and give you a colorful overview of the incredible choices available. She will describe proper garden location, as well as care and maintenance to keep your hydrangeas blooming beautifully. She will touch on pruning, but for in-depth pruning techniques, please also register for her class, “Pruning Hydrangeas,” on March 10.
This class is a joint class offered by both NPA and Bellevue Botanical Garden Society. Registration is through the BBGS website.
