DIY Wire Cloche Workshop
At Bellevue Botanical Garden, Aaron Center
Taught by Tere Kaulfus, President of the Northwest Perennial Alliance. In this hands-on workshop you will learn how to make the wire cloches NPA uses in the Perennial Border at Bellevue Botanical Garden to keep rabbits from eating the plants. They make great plant supports too!
NEW! We will supply each participant with a 4’ tall section of wire to make 14” diameter cloches. Participants can choose to make either one 4’ tall cloche (great for climbing plants), 2 medium cloches OR multiple shorter cloches (for plants like Heuchera). Tools and clips will be supplied for use during the class. A materials list and instructions will be supplied for those who want to make more at home.

Non-Members - $35.00
Class is limited to 25 participants.
Participants will be using sharp tools and wire and will be required to sign a liability waiver upon arrival. While taught at Bellevue Botanical Garden, this is an NPA Workshop. Please direct any questions to info@northwestperennialalliance.org.
